Fitting description

One of the cheapest fit variation for this ship. 5MN Quad Lif MWD is used for its reduced signature radius, which will help mitigating enemy gun and rocket damage. Siesta CapBooster used is the only available booster without implants, dew to cpu deficit. Expanded probe launcher can be used by offlining small cap booster, launchers purpose is for hunting and sticky situations. Fitting faction mods allows freeing up enough CPU to improve everything.

Great kiting capabilities, in short gun range 1V1 try to reduce transversal as much as possible by manually turning your ship in the direction they are flying. ~350 dps deal with frigates almost instantly, otherwise if its a missile boat kill it or try to burn away from it, better not to go close range at all. Going against bigger ships taking advantage of low turret tracking may be your only option. Avoiding long range missile boats (Caracal, Orthus) and webs/scrams (Ashimmu, Cruor|Rapier, Daredevil) is advisable. Long range neuts can hurt but it shouldn't stop you from warping. Confessor is a powerful long range dps ship, but a bit lacking in close pvp fittting/combat capabilities.

Sharpshooter(primary): Used for high optimal range/DPS target killing. Great for gatecamps dew to scan resolution increase in addition to resistances from dampaners and weapon disruptors. Propulsion(secondary): Should be used as a means to reposition/keep distance or kite in point range. Reduction to inertia makes this mode excellent for faster align times. Defense mode: As the name implies perfect for close range combat and damage reduction.

Against missile when your opponent is way slower than you but still close enough to point(interceptor)/hit you defense mode greatly reduces incoming damage while runnning away, if you bet your chances of killing their tackle sharpshooter is your way to go. If you're point free propulsion mode will help get off the field faster.

Preferred crystals(by range ascending): Gleam S, Navy Gamma S, Navy Standard S, Aurora S Expanded probe launcher: sisters scanner probes x8 and sisters combat probes x8 (for extra scan strength)

Necessary CPU/Power Grid skills: CPU management L5, Power Grid Management L5, Weapon upgrades L5, Advanced Weapon upgrades L1+.

I must be missing something. Have engineering and electronics L5 and not enough CPU to fit all the lasers. Any ideas?

  • Weapons upgrades should also be L5(reduces CPU requirement fo guns) and Advanced Weapon upgrades to at least L1, otherwise you will run into powergrid problems. Also don't forget to keep your expanded probe launcher offline, if you are using one.
