Fitting description

No tank. Use the cloak-MWD trick. The ECM burst is for a last ditch attempt to escape if you get >2 points on you, though you're probably going to die.

The Proteus release changed the stats of inertial stabs. I've changed the fit to use the tech 2 mods to maintain the 10s align time. (You can still do the cloak-mwd trick with meta mods.)

Great fit. Easily my preferred way of getting around when I need to use a transport ship.
